Sub:  Allotment of long vacant Rly Quarters in KGP Division.

     Applications for allotment of vacant quarters no. GE/7, Unit-1 (Type-II) at KGP under general pool, are invited from the eligible railway employees of Open line, except KGP workshop staff.

     Branch Officers are requested to give wide publicity of list of vacant quarters amongst all staff.  Applications received from staff may be forwarded to this office for allotment.  It may be ensured that following information/declaration are given by the staff in their applications:

     1. Name, designation/ticket no. work place, PF no. Pay & Scale of pay, Dt. of Aptt. and date of birth to be given in the applications.

     2.  In case staff is in possession of railway quarters, details of Qrs. should be given.  In case staff is not having any railway quarter, declaration regarding the same should be mentioned.

     In case the above information/declarations are not given, applications will be summarily rejected.

     Such applications are to be forwarded by the Controlling Officers of the applicants.  Quarters shall be allotted as per policy for allotment of vacant quarters as circulated earlier.  Last date of receiving the applications is 3.10.2008.
